Cube and Tetrahedron

Draw patterns on a piece of poster board that, after folding and taping, constructs a cube and tetrahedron. Here are some design criteria to keep in mind. Your pattern should be one contiguous piece of poster board. Furthermore, any faces should be connected by an edge and not by a point. For example, the two triangular faces drawn below on the left are connected by a point and not by an edge.

You may build the solids any way you wish, but in the end you need to find a pattern satisfying the criteria above.
