BERBERE
1/2 cup ground red pepper
1 tbls garlic powder
1/2 tbls onion powder
1/2 tbls ginger powder
1/2 tbls ground cloves
1/2 tbls salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground fenugreek
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix spices together. Storage length will be increased by
adding 3 tbls oil. The resulting paste can be used interchangeably with
the spice mixture.
