CAESAR SALAD2 anchovies2 tbls Dijon mustard 2 tsp minced garlic 1 egg yolk olive oil Parmigiano croutons Romaine lettuce pepper In a large bowl, combine the anchovies, mustard, and garlic. Mix well. Add the egg yolk and olive oil, and pepper. Mix well. Add the lettuce. Top with the cheese and croutons, and mix. Serves 2. |
