CHEESE SOUFLEÉ5 extra large eggs 6 tbls butter Make a Beschamel sauce with the butter, flour, milk. Cook and add spices. Meanwhile beat the eggs and add the cheese and chives. Mix into the Beschamel. Pour into a 13 x 9 baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until nicely browned. Serve immediately. Should feed four generously. |
