CHOLE

1 cup dried chickpeas
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 small green chiles
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbls Chole powder
3 tbsp oil

Soak the chickpeas overnight and then cook.  Meanwhile, cook onions in oil until golden. Add coriander and chili powder, cooking on low. Add tomato and chopped chiles and ginger.  Add chickpeas.  Season with salt, and cook until well mixed.
