CLAM CHOWDER

1-2 potatoes
1 onion
1-2 slices bacon
1 rib celery
milk
2 small cans clams

Saute the bacon, add the celery and onion. Deglaze with some white wine. Meanwhile, boil potatoes. Add to rest and puree with enough milk to make the consistency appropriate. Return to the pan and add clams. Season with salt and pepper.
