FOCACCIA3 cups flour1 cup water 1 tsp yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tbls olive oil 2 cloves garlic rosemary 1/2 tsp kosher salt Mix the yeast with water and sugar until foamy. Add flour. Later, add oil rosemary, garlic, and salt. Mix, let rise. Shape into two flat loaves. With fingertips make indentations in dough. Spread light layer of oil over loaves and top with kosher salt. Bake 375 for 20-30 minutes, until brown. |
