leftover cheese
garlic
white wine

Take a variety of leftover cheeses, add some garlic, and white wine.  Place into a food processor and mix until smooth.  The consistency should be of thick ricotta.

One way to use it is to spread on slices of french bread.  The tartine can be eaten as such or broiled.  One can also start with toasted slices of bread before broiling.
