GRANOLA (work on quantities)

6-8 cups non-instant rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
other nuts
1-2 cups raisins
1-2 tsp cinnamon
nutmeg
sweetener: 1/2 cup honey, or mixture of smashed ripe banana(s) and fruit juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients, except for raisins. Add sweetener and oil, and mix well. Spread onto cookie sheets. Bake 300 for 30 minutes or until starting to get brown. Remove from heat and add raisins.
