HUMMUS

1 cup dried garbanzos
few tbsp tahini
1-2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
olive oil
salt

Soak and then cook the garbanzos (in a pressure cooker is the fastest method). In a food processor puree the garbanzos, tahini, garlic, and juice from the lemon, with a combination of olive oil and water, depending on how rich the hummus is to be. Process until smooth and creamy.
