PASTA FRITATTA

3 eggs
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbls capers
handful olives
basil and oregano
salt and pepper
1/2 cup pasta (uncooked)
Parmegiano

Cook pasta; thin noodles work well. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil, let cool. In a bowl mix eggs, add some liquid to thin if desired. Add all other ingredients. Place in omelette pan or frying pan and cook until eggs are done.
