POSOLE STEW

1 large can posole
4 tomatoes
3 onions
1 bag green chile
several cloves garlic
salt and pepper
2 tbsp crushed red chiles
2 tsp cumin or oregano
red wine (1-2 cups)

Saute the onions in olive oil. Add garlic and saute a little while longer. Add tomatoes, chiles, and posole, along with the wine. Add pepper and cumin/oregano. Cook over medium heat until everything mixes; perhaps an hour. Salt to taste. Cook in large maroon Le Creuset.
