TARTIFLETTE1/2 Reblochon1 lb potatoes 1 onion 2-4 slices bacon white wine salt and pepper Cut the bacon into small pieces and saute. When done saute the onion in the bacon fat. Meanwhile, precook the potatoes in the microwave. Mix all together and saute a little more, adding pepper (and maybe salt although probably you don't need any). Place ingredients in an oven ready pan, and add wine. Finally, cut the Reblochon into two pieces, place on top of ingredients. Bake 20 or so minutes at 400 until Reblochon is completely melted. Stir occasionally to help the cheese melt and not burn. |
